As an expat in Saudi Arabia I would like to inform the authorities about the small shopping shops(bakala) in every corner of Saudi arabia.these shops are run by expats also but they like to implement there own rates on the products they sell and a behaviour like as they are owners evens Arabs don’t talk like these bakala expats.these people are charging a vat of 10%to 15% on there products like if a pack of cigarettes was 12 riyals they are charging 13 riyals on asking that vat is only 5 % they say if u want to buy then buy otherwise goodbye.A shopping center namely 62 shopping center in Al hamra al mubarkiya damam is King of every cheap and low quality items with it’s own price list.request to authorities for a surprise check up.shukran
