ACT Broadband – Not providing services after taking the entire money for connectivity and service

Please be informed that myself, residing at 434, RK Hegde Nagar, Bangalore 560067, opted for ACT Broadband services by paying a amount of around 2500 INR. After 15 days long wait and repeated calling, the floor manager, customer care are unable to provide any reason why the service is not started. Last week, 1 service engineer visited and as per his observation, a joint box needs to be added. I agreed to pay for the same, however, there is no response and as of no communication. Everyday I am calling them, instead of my busy official schedule, however the response is minimal.
The customer care after receiving the call, put my call in hold for indefinite period without responding. When I asked for the refund, they are not ready to refund. Please take appropriate action against such fraud service providers who ate thriving by cheating us.
