Respected sir ,
This is Suman Chandel , I have an internet connection with ACT FIBER NET HYDERABAD , A/C NO. () . I TOOK A PACKAGE OF SIX MONTHS PLAN WIth six month + 2 month free .so till my package is 31st Jan to 30th September 2017 . With 2 months free but . Daily service provider has been deactivate my service. I mail that I don’t want to continue your package so provide your services till 30 th sept 2017.provider is telling that renew your package with the payment of 4 months take a package of 6 month. Daily I m calling them on consumer care but they are just not paying any kind of attention .
