Sir, On 14th of this month i have booked Adhunik packers and movers for my house hold items shifting purpose (I have been transferred from Jharsuguda to Bhubaneswar) transporter committed to send transporting vehicle along with manpower on next day that 15th by morning 8 am then we(with my family and 7 months baby) packed all and awaiting for transportation. He failed his commitment and not answered to my phone.
After that i have arranged to talk to him from other persons who is my colleague Mr. Gautam singh then he sent manpower in afternoon at 1.30pm and told us that within half an hour vehicle also will come but again he failed his commitment and started not answering my phone after that he responded in the evening and aghain told us that will arrange vehicle immediate again he failed his commitement. Then again i approached same person Mr. Gautam singh and requested to talk to him. He went to his office and requested him after that he sent vehicle in midnight 12.am and arranged loading completed by 2.0am.
With small baby we suffered morning 9 am to early hours of 16th 2.0am like anything. After that he demanded for 100% money in advance which we dont aware and he didn’t informed us earlier then i requested i am really suffering since morning due to your delay and in this mid night can’t be arranged we have to go to ATM which is 6km far from here hence i requested to him that will pay at bhubaneswar at the time of delivery by cash. Then he accepted but not given any receipt of my items and left from there.
After that i left next day that 16th morning by 9am for Bhubaneswar by own car with my family(Since i have been transferred i have to reporting in bhubaneswar our office), then i called them and asked for my items dispatch status then he asked me again about payment then i once again requested him to remember yesterday’s discussion then he told ok.
We have reached bhubaneswar i kept my family in new house there is nothing anything my baby suffering then arranged temporary for food and asked them to take rest and manage baby i will go to office for reporting purpose then will come back asap. In new house there is nothing even though my family managed with expectation that items will be reached any time since yesterday in midnight started from there.
Then i called transporter to inquiry of my items then he told me that ytou have not paid money i have not sent your items, not only this his way of talking was highly objectionable he behaved like arrogant. I am shocked i really dont understand what to do my family also shocked and they also couldn’t able to understand what to do with small baby. Again i requested him a lot that “please dont harass”but he again started arrogant behaviour then i told him i will go to police and court then he told me that ” i am small person you are big person you can go anywhere i will come there. I am small person…. i am small person” he used in term of reverse. Then i have inquired about that transporting vehicle with others and came to know that the vehicle along with our items roaming for other customers. We have witnesses, we came to know that he is using his vehicle for another goods transportation to earn more money. Since i have intimated him that i am suffering with my family and my baby, even though he least bothered and showing cause that i didn’t paid in advance. However i have paid amount online also today in morning.
Myself and my family mentally physically suffered like anything because of him. Serrious thing is my 7 months baby sufferred because of him the same explained painfully with others and arranged to convince him. Then he accepted to dispatch my items asap committed arrange to reach by today morning in early hours till now the time is 4.50pm till now not reached and came to know that vehicle sent to bolangir for another goods transportation along with my goods.
Earlier also happened such cases with others from this same transporter. This kind pf persons are may harmful for the society in this regarding painfully i am requesting humbly to take action against him and arrange to deliver my items.
My items are with him and he didn’t given any receipt. Kindly help us.
