Respected sir,
My name is Mukesh Tiwari and my Aircel mobile no is 7277374138. Sir I have requested to activate a service which reduces my call rate to 20p/min at rupees of 16 but the company doesn’t activate my requested service and deducted my amount as a service charge. I complaint to them earlier and they said that they will refund my deducted amount within 24 hrs. But till now they didn’t. I m trying to call them again but my call is not going to the customer care.
