Charged us 63500 for umrah services however the services provided was not worth it. In Makkah hotel saraya where we stayed had cockroaches in the room. Laundry services was not provided daily. Even basic drinking water was nt provided hua transfers were a hassle as a.c. did it work. Luggage had to be managed personally. Whenever asked about any of the concerns his reply was thts nt my problem. No help or services was provided I had 2 kids with me but had to manage. The worst and pathetic travel services Mr shoaib is a fraud person.
