I recently go online and buy a dress for my daughter in AMAZON.INDIA,.
While processing the order Price Rs.529.00 and shipping was Rs.75.00 , I selected and paid through my net-banking. Order confirmation showed Rs. 634.00 it added in shipping Rs.105.00 instead of Rs.75.00. I contacted Customer service. and reply got that, once package has been received physically, excess amount will be refunded. Upon receipt I did contacted and ask for refund of the same. Now they start to play with us.Instead of processing refund they offered me Gift card worth Rs.30.00(same excess amount).
It is truly cheating the customers and stealing the money from different way.Since I sent an email on refund request no reply from Customer service. I ask them cancel my Gift card refund excess amount in full.
It is wrong thing they do with customers. Per day this way how much money they steal from Customer

Kindly all Amazon Customers very careful with this kind of the smart business. they are using our money.
Kindly accept my complaint and do the needful.
