I have order HDL Top football shoes for my son from Amazon India,27th Aug & delivery date showing 28th,29th Aug,when i am expected to dispatch on 29th Aug EOD, but there is no intimation from Amazon or Delivery boy for my product dispatch attempt for delivery, but on 1st Sep is updated in tracker “Delivery attempted”, after check status in website i was call customer for my delivery status, i got answer due to technical issue or address untraceable we not able to delivered this product on 1st Sep, same will dispatch 2nd Sep, On 3rd Sep again i was call customer for delivery delay, the customer care person apologist for delay in delivery & promise for same will be dispatch on 4th Sep.

On 4th Sep delivery not done & on 5th Sep its tracking remarks updated as “On the way back, We’re sorry .Unfortunately your package was deliverable”

During this process none of the Amazon guy or delivery boy call me related for delivery or any address confirmation.on my same address i have order another product on same address which was delivered on time.
Also want to inform you that,for better & quick service, I was already paid 500 for prime membership of Amazon India.
