They will encourage u to buy cheap product at attractive rates and will never deliver the same.

They use modus operundi of bank money transfer by RTGS so there is no credit card involvement.
They have mind blowing offers and contest, all by you pay them the Cash and deposit in their account. they will promise the moon and never comply a single promise .

At the end you will end up paying your hard earned money to such scam sters and they never bother to reply your email or not even picking up the phone call, which they dare to show as customer care.
