Hi,

This is a complaint regarding the tour operator ARV tours and against the MD, MR Arun Sharma.
We had booked a holiday package with ARV and had to make a payment of ₹ 101000. We made a double transaction by error of ₹202000. This was done on the 17th of June. Instead of refunding our ₹101000, over the last one month Mr. Arun Sharma has not refunded our money and kept lying to us multiple times and even gave us a fake cheque which bounced and made many fake transactions and showed us many fake screen shots. This is our hard earned money and he has stole it so easily from us. After a month, he just refunded only ₹20000. We still have to receive ₹81000. And we are fed up of begging and fighting for our very own hard earned money. Please help us retrieve this back at the earliest.
