My name is jobit i have booked four ticket to mangalore to bangalore (26/10/2016) & return also (27/10/2016) both transation details below mentioned :

Mangalore to bangalore :-pnr : 5ok27m8
Booked on : 26-oct-2016 01:31 pm (vrl) askme bus site, i am booked two ticket to bangalore got one ticket message this two ticket amount is debited to my account that same day am cancelled this ticket, got refund message, amount not credit to my account.

The above mentioned ticket i got the a mail that the ticket was booked but the on the departure day the management of the travel agency said that it was booked under the name some other person, i couldn’t even make contact with these website people as they do not have any customer service number. please help me.
