I bought gmango r9 plus and i recieved yestarday and i found out it doesnt work. The charger is loose. And dont have pin to open the sim tray at the side.i tried to plug the charger a bit lingbtime but still doesnt work. Until now it cant switch on.any suggestion or i want to replace it as soin as possible. Thank you hoping fir your kind consideration
