I had ordered a bag from a site called https://www.bagsplanet.in/,on 11th of November. I have already paid the money,and an order id was produced with the message indicating the dispatch of the product within 5 days. Then after 5 days there was message regarding update on dispatch that the product has already been dispatched,but till now the product hasnt been recieved. I tried to mail them regarding this twice for which I got an automated response that they will contact me the next working day. They do not have any customer care number to make a call. I am seriously in doubt of this seller. I request a help to solve this issue
