I HAD APPLIED FOR A DIGITAL LOUNGE MEMBERSHIP (EMI CARD) WITH BAJAJ FINSERV ON 24.05.2017 BY PAYING RS. 3999.00 THROUGH MY SBI CREDIT CARD ENDING 8680 AND CARD STATEMENT FOR MAY 2017 WITH A DEBIT OF RS. 3999.00 DATED 24.04.2017 FAVORING BAJAJ FINANCE.
THE COMPANY FAILED TO EXECUTE THE ORDER AS PER THEIR SLA DESPITE A PAYMENT RECEIPT ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATION BY THEIR AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE. SUBSEQUENT FOLLOW UPS OVER MAIL AND PHONE CALLS WERE INEFFECTIVE AND NOTHING POSITIVELY TOOK PLACE.
ON 12.06.2017 (AFTER 20 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT OF THIS ISSUE) I DEMANDED REVERSAL OF THE AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT FOR WHICH I WAS ASSSURE BY ANOTHER OFFICIAL THAT ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVED IN 48 HOURS IF I EVIDENCED THIS TRANSACTION AND SAME WAS PROMPTLY DONE. EFFECTIVELY BAJAJ HAS FAILED TO RESPOND WITHIN STIPULATED TIMELINES. I STRONGLY REITERATE BAJAJ FINANCE LTD., HAS SINCE DEFAULTED IN PROVIDING APPROPRIATE SERVICES AS PER SLA AND HENCE SHALL REFUND MY PAYMENT MADE TO THIS EFFECT IMMEDIATELY.
HOW THEY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE INTERNALLY IS NOT MY BUSINESS OR AGENDA AND I HAVE MADE MY STAND CLEAR NOT TO OFFER ANY MORE TIME, THIS DEFICIENCY ALSO WARRANTS A COMPENSATION.
