I am Sanjeev singh patyal from Distt.-Bilaspur,Himachal Pradesh.On July 29,2015 I tried to buy a phone(lenovo K3 note) from flipkart but due to out of stock i failed.After an haour i got a call from a man claiming that he is a agent of online shopping company(www.bajarking.com). He told me that they are starting a new company and we wants people for promotion. If you wants to buy anything from our sites we will give you discounts. Anyhow he convince me and i made payment to them and ordered for Lenovo k3 note. Payment is done through citrus payment solution (payment gateway).I have waited for one week but my phone was not dispatched from their side. Everytime they replied to me that we are sending,product is out of stock,should be reached within two-three days.but i have not received anything from their side. Then i demand for refund,for that they have refused.At last i decided to get help from Police and I registred a complaint at Police station. I submit a complaint in consumer forum through internet . After submitting complain in consumer forum I got a call from a man saying that he is from consumer forum and your money has reached at our office and you can can receive it by visiting ATM. When I reached ATM they told me swipe card enter your PIN and choose trnasfer option(card to card). They give me SBI Crad no(6070940373884252). I asked that this option is for trnasfer not for receiving. Then they cut my phone call. I want my money back and i wants those people behind bars. I wants help from all people to sign this petiotion.Please help me.!!
