My hand had been burnt with wax by beautician Sonam who works with Beauty Channel, Hong Kong Bazaar. Even after reminding several times that my skin is sensitive she did this. Even after burning my hand she was shouting and misbehaving with me and insulted me in front of all.
The salon’s managing people did not take any action on the same. Also want to mention there had been a similar instance in the past with me in this salon where beautician Rajni applied bleach on my skin which caused me rashes. The salon did not take any action on that as well. Both beauticians are still working in the salon. I have a membership with this salon for which I have already paid which is why I have to go there for services. The salon has also refused me to reimburse my money based on remaining services and close my account.
