Bharatmatromony customer executives have cheated on me. priyanka and rahul had committed me wrong. they told me that you pay rs. 2800 and we would refund rs. 1300. i was telling again and again as i am not working and my father is retired so please confirm me is there refund scheme or not as you offer me because i cant pay more than rs1500. rahul and priyanka was telling me each and everything wrong….& committed me they will refund rs1300 within 7 days . i was updated on 29 December 2016 but i didn’t get any refund till now. continuously i was asking …… please refund my money but these 3 people making me fool more than 2 months…. priyanka 9910755096 rahul 8826059561 vikas 7678343823 i told ….that was my saving. i am not financialy strong so please co operate and refund as soon as possible. but…. they all not pick my phone ., sometimes not reachable, sometime ask me account no., paytm no….. continuously these type of all drama making with me ….. i am fed up with them & frustrated. my last hope is you only they treated me as a dog. they haven’t honesty in there job even haven’t respect for customer also. please take a serious action. this is totally fraud. must be many more customer cheated by them. i am waiting for your response and my money.
