I have not yet recieved my parcel . One of the worst couriers i have ever seen.. dum people taking months to deliver one single packet

Tracking no. 97970709 parcel is not received by me. Jabki net par 24-02-2017 ko received by me show kiya ja raha hai. Kya yehi apka service hai ?
