I have requested for a Hathway Broadband connection on 22nd may. On the same day I paid 2686 rs to Mr. Rajesh , Designation : BST for new connection. At last, after chasing for 2 weeks they said that your Area is not in our Range. So we will be initiating refunding process. It’s almost 2 month now ,still I have not received any Refund Amount. They are not even picking my phone calls. I tried connecting through e-mail and messages, still no response from their side.
