I have given my above mentioned phone for repairs, it’s been more than 2 months now. The service provider does not have any feedback, does not even reply to calls. After meeting them today, I have been told there is no progress even after 2 months. I have suffered business losses as well as had to spend extra on buying a new android phone as the service provider has not given my phone back from 2 months now. The staff is rude and does not reply on phone, there is always a long queue of dissatisfied customers waiting for replies. The service center phones are never replied by anyone.
