I have ordered a leather jacket from the Club Factory App on 30 th November,2016 for which I have made a payment through debit card no.5172711784023791 and the balance has been deducted from my account.The date of delivery for the order is 14th December,2016 and till now niether I have received any order nor there is any response from the Club Factory.I will be very thankful to you if you please either deliver my order or return me the amount that I have paid for the order.The amount paid was Rs 1978.
