Fraud against rental property in BTM bangalore
I was looking for 1BHK on rent in Bangalore and I came across an add on commonfloor follow link “https://www.commonfloor.com/listing/1.5bhk-house-for-rent-in-btm-layout-bangalore/5923bee444713”
We contacted the owner listed there name “Satyanarayan Sahoo”. As we called him he said he will message the details on whatsapp. He told “I need a confirmation before buying flight tickets up n down n paid leaves from office and it’s not that easy to fly down without a confirmation,I am single owner of this flat; relocated to Gurgaon for my job transfer..suddenly..so this flat is never rented before..N I am planning to rent out this month .for that I have to come with keys once..N I am ready to come the day you want me to come
For agreement and registration 2 working days is required. I need to take 2 paid leave and I have to to up n down flight tickets..so I need a confirmation before coming..n to choose you among people who calling..
I can acknowledge your payment with rent receipt and agreement with my sign..Your token if refundable if u don’t like the flat after seeing..or photographs will not match to the flat..
If you are agree..I can share photographs , address , my personal details with id proof. Then you can pay token and confirm.
I have no relatives there and I don’t want to involve real estate agents.so I am handling this by own..
N this is my last available option n only way to confirm deal from so far.

After this we transferred the token money to him. And he said he will be coming to bangalore on saturday evening but from saturday evening he started ignoring our calls and messages and making excuses. We called him from another no. and told the same story that i will message you my details.
Please help and save other people from this fraud person
