Investment in this pune based real estate sector – public ltd company’s secured redeemable ncd’s against folio 3736 company in financial trouble as per media reports. Company’s website & phone numbers not functional. Interest pending since april 2017 & principle amount invested in debentures rs 50000 also not repaid on maturity. Defaulter company & their registrar m/s. Link intime india p ltd, are not responding satisfactorily to investor grievances.
Invested in D S Kulkarni Devp NCD, Matured during First week of Sept 2017 – Company not responding to my mails not paid interest and principal. What is the best way out?
