I have ordered Combo of MI 20000 MAh power bank, MI earphone, data cable and one mobile charger from http://www.dealzkart.com . But when I opened the box and checked working of hardare except earphone all other hardware found faulty and not working. The products received looks like a very poor quality(duplicate).
I have paid Rs 999 to the delivery boy and my order Number is – 320306815127590 dated 20-06-2017 and delivered on 23-06-2017. Now there is no helpline number and no option of return on website. Only one mail id is given and they are not responding through mail. I think the website is fake and just made to earn money by cheating with customers.
Please help me to get back amount paid. I want to return this scrap like materil.
