I ordered 25000ah power bank and 128 gb memory card

company making us fool the courier boy says no problem create you got this package
if any problem occured you will complaint on the website
issue will finish successfully
But i cant do anything because customer care number switch off and i get reviews that no complaint is finished of any people

what can i do please help
