Sir ,
One of den broadband employee naming’ Roop singh’ from Mukherjee Nagar branch Delhi 110009 has approached me for den broadband connection on my request..for that he collected Rs. 1000 from me and promised me for new connection and collect remaining amount on recieving modem ..but after 2 days of receiving money he told me that my area is not yet covered under range of den network so my money will be refunded but it’s already been more than 15 days and I have not received my money,, and also his phone is switched off..on approaching other employee of your company I came to know that he has left along with other customers money also..I request you to act strictly in this matter and refund my money as soon as possible..
