This is regarding a property in a prime locality of bowrampet. I finalized a property which was 177.56 yrds site, the price agreed was rupees @14642.93. The total cost was rupees about 26 lakhs. An advance of rs. 6.5 lakhs was paid and a sales agreement was made on : 24-february-18.
Sellar name : bdl anusha. W/o. A krishna chaitanya. D/o. Gopala krishna.
Now my loan and everything is sanctioned, i am willing to get the property registered by paying the balance amount. But the owner is saying that he dosen’t want to sell the property and he is ready to give back the advance i have paid. He is been telling different stories for the past one month, i came to know that he got a offer of morethan my price. So please help me to get registered on my name at agreed cost.
