I purchased a MacBook PRO 13-inch Retina core i5 from Emax store during GITEX on 1st April’2017. I had opted for 2 years extended apple care warranty during the purchase. Recently, when I checked Service and Support coverage of my MacBook on Apple website, I was really shocked to know that my macbook’s service coverage is only till 31st March’2018(screenshot attached).

I also tried to call on customer care no. +97448003629, but it was not reachable. I am highly dissatisfied with the service given by Emax.

Request you to please look into the matter asap & provide me 2 years extended apple care warranty, which I had subscribed for. PFA the Emax purchase receipt.
