The customer service of FGB is non existent
The simplest things take months like forwarding an insurance contract that has been in effect since December after multiple calls nothing still trying after 9 months !
What can I say about the guest service agents …not helpful nor providing solutions as to why a simple transfer can not be completed I will never bother calling again you are just a waste of time and effort
