I hold FGB Credit card. I had taken Insurance annual premium of AED 350. On 14th Jun 2017 I placed request NOT TO RENEW the policy. In spite of my request Policy was renewed on 18th Jun 2017 and bill to my credit card (I did not receive SMS) when I received the statement I was shocked to see INSURANCE RENEWAL CHARGES. Now I am being forced to pay for no fault of mine. I was advised to pay full amount and then it will be reimbursed in next 45 WORKING DAYS. For no fault of mine I am running behind FGB. I have called 3 times no one is available from INSURANCE TEAM to answer the call.

My question is
WHY INSURANCE WAS NOT CANCELLED when there was a request made.
If it was charges by the time they action, why no initiative was taken to reverse the same before invoice is generated.

One of the WORST SERVICE RECEIVED and THIS WAS MY FIRST CREDIT CARD IN DUBAI.

Is there any authorised person who can take quick action before I make payment 15th Jul 2017.
