Dear,

I am very upset with the way FGB/FAB bank is handling my request made on 24th February 2018 by calling customer service number 600525500.

I was promised that I will get my liability letter within 7 working days and today is the 8th working day, however, there is no response from the bank. Their Social media team and call center representative are always unable to help or give proper information.

Please help.
