This is to inform you that i have visited your branch at muraqqabat a number of times but the service i have received on all the occasions is nothing i admire.It seems as if i am committing a crime by visiting your branch.The lady at counter four (12/07/2017 in the morning) is the handler and it seems as if she does not have any customer service etiquette whatsoever.A bank is the place where i might find serenity and big smiles but at this branch it is the other way round.

Please improve on this or disaster will follow in your footstyeps in the near future.
