they dont about customer.not at all responsive. i have ordered a cake and the time slot chosen was 8-12PM . i received a call stating there will be delay for 3 hours as the location is quite far from store. i informed its my hometown though i live in Bangalore Akaltara ,its not a metro city ,small town it will take maximum 15 min. so 3 hours delay is not acceptable. first of all its small town ,will not have 100 order , so there should not be any chances for delay ,still i am okay with half an hour but i would not accept 3 hours and it informed to me will call me within 5 -10 min. i tried to call on the same number i received the call there was no response.And , when i contatct to customer support over there was just word of sorry but the way it has been dealt ..they didnt feel it really.

and ,they are not ready to provide the complaint id over the email.
