I have bought a product from flipkart with the above given order id….but after getting the product i just used it for 1 day and the upper sole of sandal is cracked from the front portion..so i raised a complaint of return. Since i ‘ve not got any invoice on my email id during the order placement and the invoice that was with the package is misplaced , now the customer care is saying that my order will not be replaced because i don’t have invoice with me..,but they don’t want to understand that they have not sent me any invoice on my email id during placement of the order…so now i want my money back….from your rubbish company…it was not expected with such a big shopping site….very bad flipkart…very bad and disappointing.
You will be loosing your regular customer unless you resolve my issue.
Flipkart being own company you can’t even send me a bill of the product I bought from You.
Expecting a help hand from Flipkart online team.
