Flipkart – refund and pick up back of the product

I have purchased 40″ micromax led tv on 9th december seller name is omnitech from flipkart. The product we received on 26th dec with no technician . When we open the box the tv screen was comp letely damaged. We call them at the same time and told them either to replace or refund. They told me that replacement is not possible you send back the product to seller address. We sent the 17kg whole parcel to return address given by them. But after the product reach mumbai the courier people told as that the address was wrong. I paid 2550 rs for the courier charges to send the parcel and for getting it return I paid again 2550 charges. Completely I have paid 5100 rs for no use. They said first for pick up from 13 january. No pick up is arrange till now. Always saying we are solving the issue. I want to know if anybody can help me please write to me at [email protected]. I am worried for my refund of 22,000 of tv and now courier charges also 5100.
