I had booked a Asus Zenfone 2 (silver 32 GB) with booking no OD308219367084356000 and got delivered on 29.01.2017 the mobile which I received was completely dead. I requested for replacement of mobile it replaced on 2.2.217 but I received the mobile with same problem mobile in a completed dead position.
I request the flipkart to send me new mobile as I wanted to gifted to my relative. Two times I received a dead phone now the flipkart is not ready to replace the mobile
I request consumer firm to help me out
