Sir , i would like to inform that i had processed an shopping from Online Shopping Site SHOPPERS STOP and selected an product for purchase on 26th Feb 2017 12.29pm but had proceeded for the payment through Wallet Amount stored in FREECHARGE site but due to some error the order was dropped and the amount of 512*2= 1024 was deducted from my FREECHARGE account but the order was not booked from Shoppers Stop site .I had complained both the FREECHARGE and the Shoppers Stop customer care but they are not responding and just saying that have pateince even after 1 Month .

another thing i would like to highlight that we can contact there customer care only through mails and they are not even reverting the customer about the complaint status

Kindly take action and arrange to provide me my refund with penaly on both these sites
