We have been waitting for hours at the home delivery service desk for our turn to come.
There was only 2 employees working.
I only wanted to pay for the electrician to install my two lights.
It is shameful that I had to wait for more than and hour for a service that should be included with the delivery and assembly team.
The waitting is even more humiliating and unpleasant.
I paid for fast delivery and I have to pay seperatly for the electrician are IKEA rules but to make us wait hours is not acceptable.
You should treat and respect more your customer if you wish to have customer and brand loyalty.
