Pls register my complain as per below details

i have placed on line order in viral deal mobile application on 3rd sep’17 for refurbished redmi note 4 mobile for Rs. 2599 ( ORDER REF NO 128031000057051 ) Aramex docket No – 43273707470. as per screen shoot attached , i have paid an amt of rs 2749 thru my credit card including shipping cost of Rs. 150 and VAT/CST @12.5% for Rs. 289.00

as i have paid the amt for Redmi Note 4 as per mobile application and received phone on 10th Sep’17 with make maxfone which cost of rs. 1299 as per viral deal mobile app ( screen shoot enclosed )

on same day i.e. 10th sept’17 i have tried to contact 9025340077 but this number is shown as continuously busy for 24 hrs , how it is possible secondly i have send mail to him on MAIL ID :- [email protected] 10th sep’1 it self but not received reply from their side.

i have found that i have cheated by this viral deal and GL electronics , they have collected payment from me for Redmi note 4 ( rs. 2599 ) but received phone Maxfone which cost is Rs. 1299 /- they have cheated with me for Rs. 1300

you are requested to take up the matter with the concern suppliers and provide justice to me as i am in Ahmedabad it is not possible to come patna and slove this matter,.
