Last year (2016) in August, my husband purchased India calling plan from “Global Hello or Global Call”. We paid $212.34 (NZD) to this company. Since we purchased this plan, the service was not good and we told them to refund our money back as we don’t want to use this service because of the poor quality. Last year when we got this plan, the company’s agent/employee told us that if we would not be satisfied with their service, they would refund our money. But we told them many times and it’s been a year now they didn’t refund our money for the previous plan and even that we told them to stop this service. But neither they refunded our money nor they stopped this service and on 28th of July 2017, they again reactivated our service with auto debit payment ($208.91). We were unaware of this thing and nobody informed us about auto debit payment. We didn’t give permission of this payment. After that when we called them to stop this service and refund our previous and current payments, then the company told us this amount is non-refundable. Instead of refunding payment and stopping the service, the company started to ask about proofs when we told to the company to stop the service. We have all WhatsApp chat conversation when we told to stop the service and refund our money.
I request to you please take any action about this company and help me to get my $421.25 (NZD) back to my account.
