Hi, I have booked mistakenly 6 tickets for 30th November 2017 instead of 1 Dec on today 9-7-2017 through goibibo and as soon as I realised I cancelled the tickets within few minutes. As per the airline policy it is written that 2225 will be charged if ticket cancelled within 0-2 hrs prior the travel. Now they are saying that approx 9500 will be charged for my 6 tickets will totalled to 12800 costing 2025 per ticket. Now tell me how do I deal with this??? There is no transparency in their policy.i being a middle class has been looted.
