I am a member of golds gym at Deerfields mall in Abu Dhabi. The service there is terrible as well as the facilities.

There are never enough clean towels available, the gym is filthy and looks as if it is never cleaned thoroughly. The weights are always misplaced and never organised. There are never any paper cups available at the water fountain.

Another concern is the lack of attention the trainers give the customers. I’ve been to many gyms where the trainers make the effort to speak to all of the customers on a frequent basis, either to ask them what workout they are doing, give them pointers on their workout or to just spot someone.
However the trainers at this location do nothing but talk on their phone the whole time, are loud and obnoxious, and use the facilities for their own purpose during peak hours when customers need it most.

Now the prices for membership here in UAE is not cheap at all. I would expect more from this gym but it has been a huge disappointment.
