Worst experience with Goodwill Domestic packers at Pune : 1.Glass of center table was broken into 2 halfs. It cost me INR 500. 2.Gas stove is missing and not brought to our flat in Pune. It cost me INR 1500. 3.Corner legs of side table was broken into pieces 4.The staff asked for pending payment before they start unloading the goods or else they will not even start unloading the goods from the truck. It seemed they knew something is already broken and misplaced. 5.The staff were illiterate in how to fix the bed with all the screws/bolts provided to them and they left it incomplete saying other screws aren’t required. I had to call a carpenter later to fix it again which cost me INR 350. 6.The staff didn’t unpack all goods and said that we will keep only wardrobe, bed and other furniture, rest all they can’t do.
