I ordered a greeting card to wish new year from the site hallmarkcards.co.in on 29 dec 2016. After payment they sent confirmation mail of my order. When the order was not delivered till 05 jan 2017 i called the cutomer care who told me that our courier service denied to deliver onto that loction. After 7 days of order confirmation he has denied while initially they accepted the pin code. Infact they have not ever informed me about this, when i called then i came to know that my order is not going to deliver. They initiated my refund but i cant do anything now because new year passed and the time will not back.
