Having connectivity issue since 1 month and no satisfactory response from hathway. Several mails and complains to the customer care but no one seems to care . At first they said its the router that has malfunctioned but even after changing the router the problem remains. Now the representatives have no reason for the issue and i have paid for 1 year and demand a refund
