Hi Everyone, I am Mr. Baljeet Singh from Mumbai, I have purchased flat number A2103 in HDIL metro polic Andheri West four Bunglow. After taking money(Money amount 47, 00, 000) forty seven lakhs rest 5 Crores sanction letter from PNB Bank Andheri in 2015. From 2015 till today they are not coming for registration and stamp duty of above flat deals.
As per our deal, flat number A -2103 area 1944 sqft including 3 car parking covered Garage including of all taxes.
Till today they have not done registration. Many times followup been to there offices and contact email Ids and landline numbers.
Now yesterday i have visited site office, I come to know that they have already sold this flat to some one else without my knowledge without any official ways.
I am doing legal action against this company and submit the FIR in Directly High court.
When I have visited over there that time there employee Mr. Anand & Mr. Pawandeep Singh threat me and told me not to again come here otherwise we will kill you with your family.We have high links with politician, Police and Gangster. I was totally upset that time I was going to suicide.
But one of my friend advised me do the FIR in high court.

Please help me out. and cooperate me.

Really they are too smart in cheating and doing the fraud case with us.
So many cases are pending with this builder already in court.
i am suggesting to every one dont purchase or deal with this Cheater and fraud builders/Developer/Construction Company.
