REG: VEHICLE IS NOT RUNNING FREELY/SMOOTHLY

Dear Sir,

I refer to the above and inform that I purchased HERO DUET VX PEARL from your Agency on 18.02.2017 Vide Invoice No.11038-02-SINV-0217-8579 with Engine No.JF33AAGGL28659 and Chassis No. MBLJF16ESGGL17888. Since the day of purchase the said HERO DUET (hereafter Referred as Vehicle) is not having free running/smooth running, as per standard and specification of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. On the very next day of purchase I observed poor pick-up and not running freely during driving. It has some fraction /Vibration like defect in internal parts. Thereafter I took Test drive of other Scooters of same company such as (Hero)-PLEASURE, DUET, MASTERO and of other company like HONDA –ACTIVA, SUZKI-ACCESS but no such type problem find in any other two wheeler/vehicle.
The fault was bring to the notice of your office worker- sale worker Miss Pooja through which I purchased the DUET and workshop staff. They told that vehicle is new and after running few Kilometers say 2000-3000Kms, the existing problem of poor- pick up, unsmooth running /non free running and vibration will be automatically removed/solved and running will be like that of other vehicles of Hero corporation. Till date my Duet has run more than 7300kms and five services have been done. But the problem/issue of vibration, poor pick up and unsmooth running is continues. In last 10 months, since purchase of Duet in month of Feb 2017, during every regular service and more than 5 minor services for removing the defect and solving the issue of poor pick-up, unsmooth running and vibration I have met more than 10 Worker/mechanics of workshop including Mr. Mehulbhai, Mr. Sandip Thakur and Mr. Tejasbhai Nathwani. Every time false assurance resulted in repeated visit to the Agency for solution caused un-necessary harassment. Being officer (Manager) in a bank and posted outside Rajkot it is very difficult for me to spare time again and again to come to Agency/workshop to resolve the same issue.
Further I purchased the DUET in the month of Feb.2017 while you delivered/sold OLD MODEL of November 2016,that is also defective/faulty, which come to my notice on receipt of RC.

I have taken last two minor services specially for removing the fault, 1st on 4th Nov.2017 done by Mr. Sandip Thakur and 2nd on 2nd Dec 2017 undertaken by Mr. Nathwani, But I am very sorry to write that there is no improvement in running, vibration, pick up of the vehicle.
On 16.12.2017 I have written the
this letter to bring to the kind notice of AAN AUTOMILE MOBILE KUVADAVA Road Rajkot about the issue of Poor Pick up, Non free Running and Vibration and requested to solve the same at earliest before complaining in Consumer Court. They called me to give the vehicle to solve the defect. I delivered the vehicle to the automobile agency and remained lying with the agency for many days, record is available on line for delivering and taking of vehicle. But problem remained same and vehicle was delivered to me on false assurance of solution done. Every time when I explained about defect of fraction they are not ready to accept the defect. So I was compelled to write to you for solving my problem.
