I had booked one tempo traveller for Uttarakhand trip bypaying Rs.6500/- online via paytm to hirecardelhi.com
(ramnjeet singh ,9899861019) on 3 june 2018 (total cost was 26000/-).They were supposed to
send the vehicle to greater noida on 5 june 2018 at 7 AM.after repeated followups, he did not provide
confirmation about my booking till about 11pm on
4 june 2018 .every time i take followups he give new
reasons for delaying confirmation like his other car got
hit by truck and he is at police station , he was in meeting,
he was not confirming which meant that all our schedules
would get upset as we had to reach haridwar by afternoon
on that day. Also we had some aged people in our group. after
sevral call we were forced to cancel the vehicle and book another
one at a much higher cost at short notice. Even after this,
the agency is still not refunding us the advance amount of Rs.6500/- inspite of Repeated requests over phone.
We would like to recover the advance amount
We got the number of ramanjeet Singh online and we contacted for a tempo traveller to Nainital on 4th Nov. He asked to pay advance of 5000 and shared the bank details and paytm details. Although we transferred the amount immediately, he denied and said that he didn’t receive the amount and asked us to so paytm for advance. Since we found it fishy we said that we will give cash to the driver and asked him to send the vehicle. He plainly refused saying without an advance payment via paytm he won’t send the vehicle. We tried speaking to him but all in vain. Finally the booking was cancelled and he said as soon as the payment is credited he will reverse it. Repeated follow ups are done But he still denies the fact that money is transferred. HIRECARDELHI is a big cheating business. I have recieved a letter from my bank confirming the transfer of money. PLEASE beware of such frauds. I WANT MY REDUND OF RS 5000 AT THE EARLIEST.
