After 7 years of being a loyal customer to Hyundai (IP Extension)service centre, this time my experience was really scary.
Despite of the fact that I paid a good and heavy amount for the servicing of my Hyundai I10 (INR 13000), the service which I received is unacceptable and pathetic.

While driving back from work (in Noida), the bumper of my car suddenly fell because of which car lost the balance and somehow I managed to save myself from bumping into the car which was in front of my car.

I took the car to the nearest mechanic (at a speed of 10) so that the bumper which was fixed doesn’t fall. I was informed by the mechanic that the cause of the fall was the missing nuts bolts. I was then surprised to see only 01 nut in bumper and rest were missing. What was more surprising is that a day later we found the missing nut bolts in the dashboard of our car.

I was shocked thinking what could have happened because of this irresponsible behaviour of the person who did servicing.

The AC of the car was not working properly before service itself, however after service they took out all the gas which resulted in AC working as a blower and we are still charged for the regular cleaning of AC filters. I got the update from service centre that the whole AC system has to be changed, but it doesn’t mean after service thry will give me AC in worst condition then before. At least it was functional before the service.

I called the service centre – IP Extension branch ( Mr. Rana) and informed him of the incidence, he told me that he will send a mechanic the next morning to look at it. The mechanic (Mr. Feroz) confirmed us of the missing nut bolts and situation of no gas in AC. We even gave them the duly filled copy of feedback form.

He temporarily fixed the bumper using the spare nut bolts which he was carrying, however he also informed us that the locks of the front grill and logo of Hyundai was also broken because of the impact.

We even spoke with the GM (Mr. M.P Singh) and the car was taken back to service station. Later we received the car which was almost in same condition in which it went. The locks and logo at the bumper are still broken. They can not put back the bumper using spare screws just to make it look okay.

This is not acceptable at all, I tried giving Hyundai another chance of rectifying the mistake but it hasn’t helped.
Instead of that we had to pay for the petrol from our residence in Noida to service centre (to and fro).

I request you to please look into this matter as I have already written to them over mail and have filled the complaint form online too but till now I haven’t received anything from them

A really disappointed customer.

Anand
