I surprised to see my bill this month of 1050rs. I have added one data pack and removed from calls pack on last monday. Due to this charged 500rs extra, as i got 150mb itself. I using idea from couple of year and never ever bill not increased more than 600rs.

I requesting you that, reduce my bill and charge for 150 mb data and roll back my packs from your end as it was before. If this is not happened then I’m no longer using this network and i will swift to another network.

As i have called to customer care morning itself and there were no use at all.

Hope i can get the positive reply and quick response on the same
